Dear Karin, Thank you for your nice compliment. I took pictures of my neighbors cacti since it was blooming right next to my garage. I just had to paint it. The flower is so very pretty. I'm glad you liked it... so did I. I'm always taking pictures of possible subjects for a painting. I've been painting for over 40 years. You seem to do pretty well at painting too.
